A happy heart is a heart which is functioning well, which is stress free, which is big enough to forget and forgive also a heart which is kind and empathetic. With Gods grace I had a few opportunities to help people and in return I felt so happy at heart. Once an old lady was trying to cross the road but she kept waiting for the write moment for the traffic to slow down . I was standing beside her , she looked at me and I understood what she was asking for. I came near her and she held my hand . We crossed the road and she blessed me. It was a very simple task but the look on her face and her blessings made me happy. Another such incident happens when an old uncle was lost in the mall. Was able to help him find his family.Such small incidents makes my heart happy.Once I was able to reunite a dog and pup.Physical exercise and acts of kindness makes my heart happy.May the almighty showers his blessings and I continue to help and be kind .
