Circular economy can be realised by Central government facilitating conversion of Diesel engines to Electric vehicles as done by Delhi government , by carefully accrediting vendors and conversion kits across india and ask all the state government to encourage conversion by making required amendments in the state rules if any. The vehicle scrapping policy should be used only for those vehicles , which cant be converted into electric or run on dual mode, in this way the life of existing cars can be prolonged which is sustainable in a circular economy and not the increased production of new cars, which is unsustainable as it results in mining, energy usage, water usage and it is unsustainable. So even the car manufacturers should be incentivised to make conversion kits to convert diesel cars into dual or electric cars for a sustainable and circular economy, the aim should be to use th cars for extended life cycle by converting to electric which is sustainable then new cars and vehicles
