IN THAT CASE I MET TTE AND ASK FOR CONFIRMATION OF BERTH BUT HE DENY TO GAVE ME.BUT A PERSON WHO PAID HIM RS.500 HE QUICKLY GAVE HIM A CONFIRM BERTH.THIS ACTIVITY OF TTE IS OFTEN SEEN DURING TRAIN TRAVELLING. WHY WE KEEP QUIET.SO GET UP
