For determining MRP of generic medicines, care must be taken to ensure that they be available to the needy persons. For this incentives should be available to manufacturing company as well as retailers. If a retailer gets more real margin(approx 1.5 to 2 times) on Generic medicine than branded products, then only he will be interested in selling them.A branded or promoted medical product gives approx Rs 16 margin. If a Generic version of medicine cost of Rs.40,the Chemist must get at least Rs.24

Sir I want to give you a suggestion. Recently I visited Wagah border. During flag lowering ceremony lot of people come from both india and Pakistan to see the ceremony. There is great rush however the patriotic feeling is at its best. Only suggestion is that to put large LED screen for convenience of viewers like in stadium so that people can witness it with convenience as ladies and small children at the back can not see what is going on during the ceremony.

The Govt. is working sicerely on controlling price rise, But, I want to suggest that, WHEAT,RICE,DAL,SUGAR,ONION,EDIBLE OIL , Govt. should completely control the price by making enough buffer stock. If even rs. 1 rice in open market, it should be available by govt. machinery in ration or any other mechanism. Only 6 items required to be controlled for public relief out of hundreds of Items in market. Govt. can do easily without any problem to control over only 6 Items price and stock for people
