For skill development, a large part of the initiative will be by individuals themselves and by facilitating NGOs. In my limited ability, I found NO worthwhile learning videos in vernacular languages. Some materials in Bengali (which I was looking for) were available from Bangladesh sites, though. I lived in the US for long time and observed how the workers are protected while working. They need protection from toe to head in the form of work boot, knee pads,gloves, sun glasses,helmets,ear plugs and medical treatments on site in case of injury. I have also observed that in India nothing of the sort is provided to workers. Why!
