Hi, I want to know where i have to log the grievance against the PF department online transfer module. I have been keep sending them mail in continuous interval about my problem ( email id :otcphelpdesk@epfindia.gov.in) since Aug 2014. but i have not got any reply from them. Could anyone please help me to sort out my issue. Issue: While my online PF transfer request one file named as APPD is displaying blank. Due to this my PF status is not getting updated. thanks
