Corruption has become survival need for government officers, just like in food-chain the chain here too. The higher officers demand money from lower officers, and the chain goes up to top elected representatives who demand money from officers just below them. If corruption has to be removed, it has to be removed through a nation wide uniform change of indian society and ruling class. The change should not be localised and limited to few areas but total nation at a time together.

Honorable PM, I want to suggest regarding Aadhaar card. As per my opinion kindly mandatory the all transactions & operations to link Aadhaar Card for all over India. Also link to Aadhaar Card & Pan Card for corruption free India.

Dear sir, I have an idea to make the current LPG stoves into smarter one, which saves lives of people and saves valuable LPG.

There is a lot of corruption in running on state owned RTO's, its high time that we link these RTO's digitally. Have automated information exchange, across the country. Its ridiculous to have citizens apply for new vehicle number / license numbers while they carry one from other state. We need a policy to connect these RTO's digitally, honor the vehicle numbers, license numbers from each other, help citizens extend, issue new licenses from across the states without any hassles. #MuGov

Let CAG audit all new commencing new projects from now on . Spare corruption that has happened but see to that CAG will not let any new corruption happen. See that contractors dont bill more and take more money.

Let CAG audit the infrastructure contracts at state level. The corruption is highest at state level. Elected representatives are taking money from contractors and compromising on speedy finishing of contracts. The corruption money is being used for elections.

Please close doors for any future scams or corruption cases. Increase digital India scope to cover areas of governance where corruption has been reported. Increase transparency in dealings. Empower CAG for 100% public money spending audits.

Corruption is a dangerous enemy. Corrupt money has been historically used to collapse governments. Please be careful regarding corruption in any part of the country. Same money might be used in future in general elections against present government. In November 2009, the CAG requested the government to amend the 1971 Audit Act to bring all private-public partnerships (PPPs), Panchayti Raj Institutions and societies getting government funds within the ambit of the CAG. Please do.

Honorable PM, want to suggest regarding my railways poor performance, Sir first of all we incorporate railway to indian railway corporation limited("IRCL") (like ONGC,IOC & CIL etc) and converted to all Zonal office of railways to subsidiary company of IRCL and convert to accounting in double entry system. Secondly we face the problem due to railways ticketing system. Sir I have many idea to modernization of our railways but i think i am unable to share of idea of open forum.
