Respected sir I WORK FOR A PRIVATE COLLEGE FOR PAST 14 YEARS THIS COLLEGE CHARGES FEES COMPETENT TO ANY PRIVATE COLLEGE BUT THE SALARY PAID TO STAFF IS HARDLY 10- 20 % OF WHAT IS PAID TO GOVT. AIDED COLLEGE PEONS ARE PAID AROUN SIX TO SEVEN THOUSAND FOR 10 HRS JOB TEACHERS ARE NOT PAID FOR 45 DAYS FOR VACATIONTHOUGH THEY CHARGE FULL YEAR FEES TO THE STUDENTS I DONT UNDERSTAND FOR WHAT SAKE INSPECTIONS ARE CAERIED OUT IT HAS BEEN ALWAYS SHOWING LOSS TO EVADE INCOME TAX, 3000 STUDENT

Honorable PM,I represent a city which has never changed its condition since independace. Roads are built simply to last 1 month. People suffer due to the same.Though its Mahaplika formed, villages in talukas are better in roads & other facilities than the cityside. Kindly look into the same so the future can be changed. It is sad we don't have telephone line or net connection. Please take necessary action. Our villages and villages near us don't have these facilities. How the children’s will get educated? Even 3 KMS Ocheri has connection but we do not. Several complaints to the telephone department and went personally and requested but there was no response and no action has taken place. Please take action immediately for our village, we need a telephone land line and net.

I write this letter to you to say my problem. We started the Sriom Adisakthi ashram and problem is since 1991, the day we started we do not have phone connection. Human resouces planning should be made at gram,urban,taluka level. 1 gram having population of about 1000, must be health centre consist of a doctor,nurses, helping staff and gram's volunteer group for medicine etc. should be worked in gram. 5 to 10 grams, there should be appointed expert doctor's of various organ like, MD, SURGEON, GYNEC,AURTHO, EYE'S ETC., team should visit in rotation in above 10 grams, so, that, expert treatment can be availed at gram level,in case of serious,refered to city
