Even though the information i would like send here not directly related to your speech on 30 oct16. Hope some action will be taken to correct the system. Army Soldiers transferred from one unit/formation not joined the new unit(not relieved by the Officer of the old unit), being denied monthly Salary by the new unit by publishing AWL (Absent without leave) for nearly 3 to 4 months. It is not the fault of soldier, bu the fault of the Army Officer. But still soldiers are being denied salary.

My Dear Fellow Soldiers This year I will celebrate Diwali with one more diya for our forces, guarding our borders and maintaining peace in the disturbed areas. I would appeal to my potter brothers to make diyas painted in tricolor specially for our soldier brothers and sisters(Women Soldiers-Army, Airforce, Navy, BSF, ITBPF, CRPF, CISF, RPF) enabling us to send our emotions by lighting this DIYA. Jai Hind.Apke Jazbe ko salaam, apke parivaar ko salaam. Sandeep Sharma Ex-AssttCommandant(ITBP)
