This is today's demand that Modi Government should increase our defence budget 5.25% of our GDP that is Approx. 500000 Rs. Crore, to China's PLA is big threat for our nation we need to expedite our defence forces with our economy growth to build Indian weapons with hugeJobs.

To day Our Country & our Armed forces are struggling with internal security, external security, economy. Today we need to improve our internal security & external security with the new and advance defence product built in India or "Made in India" with the help of this we can create huge new Jobs in India and make strong security as well. But today our Defence budget is very less that is 2.5% of our GDP that is Approx. 239687.5 Rs. Crore which is insufficient we need to increase.

Cheaper loans to MSMEs/ SMEs, using a corpus of money. Corpus for CSR can be created if smaller coys which cannot carry out CSR, deposit their share in govt kitty separtely. Govt can use for rural Infra themselves or give to bigger corporate giants like TATA for CSR or use small portion for loans to MSME/ SMEs.

Govt of India should encourage young graduates and individuals to start their own business, rather than waiting for jobs. MSME's and SME can make a big difference, for example in India small scale products like Toys, decorative lights etc are dominated by Chinese products. If we launch toys which are made in India we can make big profits, as we know in India there is no house with out toys.

For job creation, first of all, politics should be cleaned up, as they are main responsible for decision making. ofcourse, everyone has responsibility, but politics dragging the society in negative way. so, first all politicians should be monitored for their work. Atleast once in a month(possibly sunday), anti corruption squad has to check the property and income details of every politician from primeminister to MLA. and if corruption is done, they should be immediately put in jail for 5 years and 99% of their total property should be taken by government as penalty. 1% of property or little bit money (like 2-3 lacs) can be given to their wife and children on human grounds for their living. They can put tea shop or general store , etc. and they can live.

Some people are getting more and more rich, and where some people are getting more and more poor. There is lot of difference in salaries between the people in their fields. Like Movie stars are getting crores of rupees, whereas farmers are not getting even little bit of money, even though they are actually responsible for our living. There should not be much difference in money earning. Based on the effort we put and how much it is useful for the society, salaries can be given. Doctors can be given little high salaries (in the range of 7-8 lacs per annum maximum), next engineers, professors, lecturers can be given 10% less (6-7 lacs per annum), next jobs like teachers, technically working people like constuction workers, carpenters, etc. should be given 10% less (4-6 lacs per annum), movie people like hero, heroines can get 5-6 lacs per annum(and producer can get more profit, Government can take so much tax from him , based on the profit he gets), so that there will be equality in the society. All jobs should be given without any bribe, complete tranparency required. Anybody taken bribe or illegal things done, heavy penalty should be given like 75% of his wealth and property can be taken as penalty and 2 years jail for 1st time wrong. and 90% of of his wealth and property should be taken as penalty, and 3 years jail for 2nd time wrong. and if 3rd time wrong, death penalty should be given. In this way only, we can make india delevopment and equality possible without any corruption.

There is no transparency in number of seats available for studies, some seats are sold to rich people, where poor and middle class people are suffering. Lot of seats in colleges and govt. jobs are given to SC/ST, BC based on caste, but not based on their income given. How can we expect equality in india. rich people are getting rich, poor are getting more poor. Reservation system should be removed, and in that place, Reservation (below 20%) can be given to poor and middle calss people, and slowly that also should be removed in the span of 10 years , reducing 2% each year. Quality of education should be focussed in govt schools and colleges, so that reservation is not required anywhere in india.
