Let's build up a venture which will recycle wastes and help create huge jobs creation with the best pay scale as if u would give for a software engineer. Let's make bharat a better place to liv

The main challenge SMEs encounter is the knowhow, government must provide the free know how to all the people interested in setting up the small scale businesses in the rural areas. The regional engineering colleges should be advised to provide the technical advice to the entrepreneurs for their problems. Incentives should be given to the people who promise to use green energy. The work that can be done by machines in a single day will take tens of days to complete manually even when fifty odd people are employed to do the job.The main thing is that industrial and infrastructural development is suffering because of this politically motivated scheme. Remodelling of MGNREGA scheme is necessary. The main flaw with this scheme is that it has made the availability of labour for industry as well as infrastructure development a difficult issue. People in the rural area prefer to stay at their villages and earn too little for the whole year mainly for unproductive work as compared to what they would have earned while working in manufacturing industry or infrastructure development. Why can it not be the case that the able bodied work force of village

Hence my request is for job creation in village level is important. To do this special emphasis on agri is must. ex: Give the formers any target to produce certain things. Directly govt would buy it. And Export it to any country which every is needed. Take Advance inputs from Other country what ever the food requirement is needed. And similarly Send the messages for all the formers for specific agri production. Our India is Mother to us and it feeds the world by agri products.
