If we want to eradicate corruption then all discretionery powers should be withdrawn and work should be done on merit as per law of the land.Sir remember no one give any bribe voluntarily onthe contrary he is compelled to do by our system.

Sir, if we want to grow SME finance should be provided at minimum interest.Bank should be adwised to lend money on equal interest rate irrespective of balance sheet credit rations. At present interest rate is determined on credit ratios which is wrong to my mind.Bank should either lend or not lend but lending rate should be same for all.

Future of large scale manufacturing will be decided by the extent to which logistic cost is controlled and production cost is contained by maximum possible out sourcing. A well equipped network of SMEs and MSMEs attached to large project in potential markets can help in generating no of jobs. In China no of govt benefits are linked to no of jobs created by any new project.In some form we do have similar provision in many states but adherence of same is low.
