in India we have to promote science and Technolgy. using this we can create more and more jobs. we should create specific institution which provide more practical knowledge then theory. For example we can have institution which provide training to make mobile. India is worst in technical education. here most of university and college do provide theortical knowledge and some of PHD student waste their time in chamcha giri of guide as it all depend on one perosn to provide phd degree.

India is an agriculture dominating country, but still we ignoring the agriculture as a job creating sector. agriculture can do more than an MNC if regards well. if cropping is done by govt by taking land on lease from farmers for a short period cyclically.

If Govt.really want to create jobs then they should decrease retirement ages. I will also promote business in all sectors like those people who retire at age of 50 to 55 definitely they can any business with their experiences and at that age they also have courage to established any business.

More than 50% youth are unemployed, It's not possible to any new government to create so much job but the government can encourage the cottage industries within the county so that they can be self dependent, and It will be better for our country economy. The higher education should be encouraged within country so that student can gain quality base education and they can create job himself if sources will be provided.

We need to provide basic infrastructure for our SME and MSME to survive and compete. For that we need level playing field. Many of the SME and MSME sector do not have proper access to basic facilities to survive let alone compete. We need power, roads, easy credit and need to curb redtapism. Many MNC get tax exemptions and sops and but SME and MSME are being taxed to death. Just give us level playing field to compete with the best and we can surely make difference..

Key is to have sustainable Marketable Quality Products and that happens with availability of latest technological Information and designing new things with liking to a particular Market ( international and national) with a feed back from the markets by market modeling and stimulation in material science and Engineering, specially for products which are suitable for SME and MSME
