Respected Sir,
A suggested vision of the "MILITARY DEVELOPMENT UNITS" for every major city. It would help students from science background to get an opportunity to innovate and research for the defence forces and contribute to the society and get them an opportunity for a permanent job much like a mini DRDO.
Benefits:
1. Provide employment opportunities.
2. Engage young minds in sustainable development for the society and defence forces.
3. Opportunity for foreign and domestic investors to invest and be part of nurturing young researchers forum.
Thank you for making India great again!

1. Set up a nanotechnology unit in Intelligence Bureau.
2. Frame and amend recruitment rules for DCIO/Nanotechnology or equivalent or any other post in hierarchy at appropriate level in Intelligence Bureau.
3. The future appropriate career profile should be clearly stated in rules.
4. A techno-managerial cadre in Intelligence Bureau can be formed for it.
5. The proposal is already in notice by JD/E, JD/Tech., JD/Eco, DD/Tech in IB Hqrs., New Delhi in 2014, 2015 and 2016. Some officers are IIT, IIM alumnus.
