Respected sir, I would like to apprise that skill development is very compulsory for the people of the country because every person learns any trade with efficacy of the work. Usually, government should give the trainning for sr. Citizens so that they could share their experiences to the youngest ers and youth girls and boys shall take benefit and would take responsibility in the interest of the nation. I am of the opinion that government should respect such persons those who are expert in his field and also give an opportunity to proceed ahead. It has been observed that most of the officers and employees wants to work honestly and efficiently but they do not get chance due to politics.

Hi. My idea is for withdrawing of money from ATM's by using QR code. It makes better and faster for withdrawing money from ATM's as a part of digital india.presently As a part of digital india, maximum banks are trying to withdraw of money from ATM machines without ATM Cards. Instead of it , try to make transactions through QR code for withdrawing money from ATM's. For each and every transaction new QR code should be generated like OTP. As we know that a new otp was generated like that new QR should be generated per transaction.

Government schemes with multiple certification systems further fragment industry initiatives. We need consolidation and scale to happen. The country needs more participation from private players and industry. The unorganized sector which constitutes about 93% of the workforce is not supported by any structural system of acquiring or upgrading skills. Training needs in this sector are highly diverse and multi skill-oriented. Further there is no certification system for a large chunk of workers, who do not have any formal education but have acquired proficiency on their own
Another concern is the availability of information on skills development. There are many examples of good and innovative practice in India, but they can sometimes go unnoticed or have low visibility A basic problem with the skill development system is that the numbers, quality and skill types - system is non-responsive to labour market, due to a demand -supply mismatch on several counts

How about giving some benefit to the organisation that employs labour that has been skilled by them. Labour that had no exposure to that particular skill. Our honourable PM is talking of Atmnirbhar Bharat. Let every organisation employ people from the needy category.
