Direct selling is the best win-win situation which benefits the buyer and seller. This is the most ideal model where the actual promoter of any product is being compensated. In traditional distribution, manufacture ends up spending a lot of money in endorsements. But actual movement of products and services happen through WOM (WOrd of Mouth). Direct selling is the closest model that is finally recognizes WOM. A proper regulation will help to keep fraudsters away and keep good companies in place.

In 21st century, the Direct Selling Activities are playing an important role in the development of the infrastructure of a country but it also hampers the income of the local sellers/shopkeepers. So to make the DSA successful we have to involve/employee the local sellers/shopkeepers in these activities so that their income will not be altered. by the way if they are not so talented/skilled we can make them through the Skill Development Program, started by Indian govt.

One of the best industry is Direct Selling industry. It gives us an immense opportunity to grow financially and socially. We get a direct access to meet the growing needs of customers who in turn can also become a direct seller thus improving their financial and social needs. There is no room for fraudulant activities once. I completely support to have proper Rules and Regulation for Direct Selling Industry thus enhancing it to be a part of economic growth as well.

Direct selling industry is one of the fastest growing industry in India. It provides an equal opportunity of very good income to everyone if they willing to work hard. Also it creates employment opportunity for the people of India. Many people are taking this opportunity as their profession. But as there is no specific govt legislation to regulate the industry, the unethical fly-by-night companies are taking advantage of it.Govt should come up very soon with a legislation to regulate the Industry.
