Builders are looting the common man literally, why cant govt
1. get the completion date (including ALL amenities) from builder and put that online and make it mandatory? If not honored, collect fine from builder + rent to flat owners.
2. Make mandatory to form society in 2 years, if not, ask him to pay hefty fine, and immediately transfer it flat owners
3. Parking space is charged in sweet names, abolish this practice
4. publish all amenities by builder online
5. Blue print online

Please consider..
1- in direct selling there must be information about customer care centre of purchase product as if product get some problem..customer not get any difficulty.
2- sometime new products come and down the line 2-3 years sometime company withdraws these products..in this case customer who purchase these products get difficulty in repairing etc as parts are not available.
3- good if delivery person carry some approved weight of these goods on their bike to avoid life risk.

By next decade , we are likely to have a bigger population of semi skilled & Skilled work force than China. While this will present a great opportunity for India to the the largest economy in the world, we may also be faced with a challenge of providing livelihood for the millions of work force. Direct Selling industry could be a possible solution of this challenge. But for that to happen, we need to have the regulations in place to encourage exiting Direct Selling companies in India.

In India , women have traditionally been restricted to their home's and only in urban areas have we witnessed equal opportunity being given to women. Direct selling is a great career option for women which involves one too one selling. Like any other industry , absence of regulation will only lead to chaos. If this situation is not corrected , then we could stand to loose a golden opportunity of creating millions of women work force through the Direct Selling industry.

* FALSE AND HYPOTHETICAL Advertisements should be stopped !!!
* Unless Lab Certificates / Expert certificates to that particular extent of ingredients of these products, these products should not exceed their product advertising limits
* Deceptive advertising is easily permissible as per current laws so it should be prosecuted and banned

All the regulation s regarding product safety and labelling that are applicable to products sold throgh normal reatils channels should also be applicable to products sold through direct selling. Also, there should be regulations/laws for registration of the direct selling channels with a specified authority. Also, Direct selling companies should have a documented Customer Grievance Redressal mechanism which needs to be informed to the end customer through pamphlet given with the products.

Now time has come to encourge Indian companies in Direct Selling. Only Modicare name is appeared in IDSA. But we people and Government must encourage Good Indian companies in this format of selling. I request all "let us support Indian companies" so that money will be reinvested in India itself. So Govt must bring out regulation for direct selling on high priority basis.

Direct selling marketing will definitely play a pivotal role for reducing unemployment problem of India. Company like "Amway" is providing bread and butter to thousands of family with good intent by its Eco-friendly product, making people positive attitude, building honesty through its educational institution "Britt World Wide". A Regulation for such company will help our nation for economic growth, save environment specially by the "Amway".

I believe Direct Selling is linked with unemployment. It is not how to get tax. Anyway tax always part of transaction. How to reduce unemployment in the Country. What I feel is if Govt.Regulation on direct selling comes with positive to unemployed people.Individuals in the country will be benefited and spending capacity of the nation will go up.So I request Govt.without any further delay/loss shound bring regulation and support poor and unemployed. So that they will get chance to work hard.
