In the past three years, the Government has endeavoured to remove corruption in every form and technology presents itself as one of the most potent tools. But, technological interventions work when the interventions are simple, transparent and include a public feedback mechanism. Utilising advancements in technology, the Government is following a multi-pronged strategy to tackle the problem in an effective manner

1. Transferring benefits directly to beneficiaries
2. Making government procurements transparent
3. Digitization of service deliveries
4. Promoting Cashless Transactions
5. Jan Bhagidari
6. Open Government Data

Direct Benefit Transfer was a significant step towards plugging leakages. Amount transferred via DBT is increasing and leakages are reducing. The government has laid equal emphasis on citizens getting Aadhaar. The Jan Dhan-Aadhaar-Mobile (JAM) trinity will bring complete accountability in monetary transactions and eliminate ghost beneficiaries.

Additionally, Government e-Marketplace (GeM) was launched to make government procurements simple and transparent, eliminating any scope of corruption. Faceless e-assessment for income tax payers introduced from 2018 was another important step. Tax officers now communicate with the taxpayers through the ‘E-Proceeding' facility which reduces human interface.

The fight against corruption is a long and arduous one. Various online platforms have been introduced by the government, wherein the citizens can join forces with them by sharing their feedback and views. The decision to involve the honest citizens of our country in the fight increases the strength of the force against corruption to a great extent.

In the same vein, MyGov invites citizens to share their ideas on how technology can be used to uproot corruption and suggest innovations to fight the malice in an effective manner. Ideas and suggestions can be provided in the form of a comment below or by attaching a PDF document.

All government licences like shop and establishment act, need not have municipal intervention. Like Udyog adhar let it be online. At presrnt the shop and establishment licence needs approval from municipal authority, which costs approx. Rs.3500/- bribe. Collect required charges, and allow printing of licence from site. Tender: all tenders should have one site say govt tenders. Different tender sites for different states and districts causes loss of revenue to msme.

1)reduce movement of office staff going to capital cities (or head offices) frequently so that lot of money can be saved as a TA /DA. (the amount spent for it in our college itself is around 2 to 3 lakhs. 2)encourage meetings to be conducted via videoconferencing with recording facilities. 3)make a automatic software solution to indicate pending files more than 3days, un attended files,(procedural delay is the main strategy for corruption, if no amount paid then no body will move that file)

Best and long lasting way of reducing corruption is character build up starting in childhood. Animation movies stories ,songs videos can be used to guide children .Most of the good basic. books can be translated in drawings and rewards for truthfulness shown on these. Over the years people will change if live examples are also given. Thanks

For the sake of uneducated people who cannot use technology let us assign a team(similar to customer care) where by when people calls to that customer care the user can give all the details and customer care representative can help him in filling online form and submitting same through online By making this the employment opportunities also will increase if this is not done and if everything is made online there is a chance that some people make money to fill in the application forms
