Most of the corruption are done by politicians only so can help people by giving money directly without the influence of politicians. For ex: former cm introduce one new plan for pongal by offering clothes and pongal ingredients. In that heor she not directly give the material he or she fund money via other responsiblers but they corrupted more money inbetween. So instead of giving money via other authority. Can fund directly like credit that money in people account itself to avoid corruption

I suggest u to made the one app for simple operation that is very easy to use.and maintain one box in the major stations when the any passenger at any language can be write the complaint and suggestion on paper and put in that box..
The higher official only get the permission to open that box and send that details to the higher official.like when the box is open and when that box is reopen.....
And when one complaint is came at 3 or many times..the working of IRCTC staff is very worest.

Further, introducing a best technology is not a solution to reduce corruption. Proper Monitoring & Time to time change in Rule Regulation according to requirement is necessary. Side by side our intention should be clear for which we have introduce technology

In the same way we have to change our constitution rule. Because one person is trying to change in technology, but same time other is ready to break the technology. Until or unless we cannot control this type of people by the proper law. Our Technology will not be success. Origin of the corruption is Govt. Dept. & Political leader. We can say Govt. Dept. is mother of corruption. Govt. Dept. & Political leaders are miss using Law for his benefit.

We can reduce corruption through Technology with a Clear Intention & digital platform with transparency, side by we have also sacrifice ourselves, because several time we are trying to break the rule for our little benefit. We should have to change our self-first, before change in technology, we are the technology maker & breaker. We have to change our Constitution also. Because, as time to time change in environment, in Human Nature & social activity, for survive ourselves with nature.
