Resignation and reward program for outstanding performer in Govt employee / servant like Army does. this should be Highest respect among MLA/MP/ Govt servants. One should work hard to get awarded.
Link govt office work/job to Incentive, Do audit to check work done on time according to the perfection of work and pay incentive to govt staff/MLA/Minister.

Corruption is encouraged due to absence of transparency and accountability since mostly things are people driven and thereby authority misused.
this Lacuna can be controlled by driving everything through a simple ERP system with Data Analytics riding over it to assess gaps through the system itself in an automated manner. This can control and prevent corruption in a significant manner once transparency comes forth.
Can elaborate, if needed.

Course of B.Sc and M.Sc is completed by many students by giving money and giving exam by cheating.....we can use biometric scanner to compulsory make them attend the colleges to pass the exam sincerely and not just by cheating..the teachers present there are also not qualified...they too became teachers by giving money...for them training must be given and there too biometric scanner must be used..like in BTC training...no one goes there for training.

*We have been seeing Corruption in:- Schools, Colleges, Hospitals, All Govt Offices, Bus, Gram Pachayath, Tq Pachayath, Zp, Wherever we go.
Note: All are not involved.
I'm going to Suggest:
1) As Modiji Said Less Cash Transaction.
2) Both Government employees and Politicians and Relatives should disclose their income and wealth every 6 Months and display to Public
3) Every Complaint should desplay And Strict Action
4) Age Limit (For Govt Employee & Politicians)
5) Awareness

To Control Corruption Rule of One Person one Bank account must be made. So that It become easy for IT also to find out all the transactions done by every person. Also every Government employee and officer must covered by CCTV camera from the back side of the table at which he/she is working.

9) Anti Corruption Bureau, employees should be removed if they are not doing ethical practices. Mostly they go blind on complaints or covers up by doing corruption.
10) Anti Corruption Bureau, should publish weekly magazine reporting work done by them. Targets achieved by them. Graphics showing which department and region is most corrupt. %ge of corruption cases reported against transactions carried out by office.
11) Media Campaign should be run , bigger than swatchch bharat.

Create and advertise (on as many as possible media) an open email id, mobile number with whatapp for reporting any type corruption. Each reported case should be attended within specific period of time. Publish each reported cases summary on a web portal for public awareness. Suppose i will report any case immediately i could able to see my ticket on that portal when it is considered.

Yes, the corruption can only be reduced by inducing self-discipline in people. School children should be taught about behavioural ethics in public. No parent is teaching their child to protect the public assets. I am telling this view on basis of how garbage is thrown from trains onto fields and platforms and roads after usage by young and the old alike. Usage of pedestrian cross in roads, Horn usage in public, Usage of headlights in cars and two-wheelers etc.
