In the past three years, the Government has endeavoured to remove corruption in every form and technology presents itself as one of the most potent tools. But, technological interventions work when the interventions are simple, transparent and include a public feedback mechanism. Utilising advancements in technology, the Government is following a multi-pronged strategy to tackle the problem in an effective manner

1. Transferring benefits directly to beneficiaries
2. Making government procurements transparent
3. Digitization of service deliveries
4. Promoting Cashless Transactions
5. Jan Bhagidari
6. Open Government Data

Direct Benefit Transfer was a significant step towards plugging leakages. Amount transferred via DBT is increasing and leakages are reducing. The government has laid equal emphasis on citizens getting Aadhaar. The Jan Dhan-Aadhaar-Mobile (JAM) trinity will bring complete accountability in monetary transactions and eliminate ghost beneficiaries.

Additionally, Government e-Marketplace (GeM) was launched to make government procurements simple and transparent, eliminating any scope of corruption. Faceless e-assessment for income tax payers introduced from 2018 was another important step. Tax officers now communicate with the taxpayers through the ‘E-Proceeding' facility which reduces human interface.

The fight against corruption is a long and arduous one. Various online platforms have been introduced by the government, wherein the citizens can join forces with them by sharing their feedback and views. The decision to involve the honest citizens of our country in the fight increases the strength of the force against corruption to a great extent.

In the same vein, MyGov invites citizens to share their ideas on how technology can be used to uproot corruption and suggest innovations to fight the malice in an effective manner. Ideas and suggestions can be provided in the form of a comment below or by attaching a PDF document.

Police system is controlled by Politicians, that is more problem for corruption. Police system should be idependent like army. Police should report to an independent body. Harsh punishment for police mistakes also should be there. Digitized police stations and video recording of case will help eliminate mistakes. More thought is needed in this.

If we loose driving license, replacement is too tough. We have to goto office and get things done (which is tough). Agent charges 3k to 4k for facilitating all this nonsense. Creat a door step service to people if they are willing to pay more. Run this facility like a courier service. When people are ready to spend lot of money or when people don't have choice about agent option, they go with Govt door delivery service. Service at door step. U can use eSeva also for this as front end

Make giving bribe as not a crime. And create a website and make people submit their experience (like how much bribe they gave, who they gave, office, city , branch etc). If possible, allow website to search for these employees. Let people file complaints. Then every 3 to y months consolidate these complaints and fine the employee by investigating. Land registration is a big bribe taking factory.

When we goto govt office for any work, we interact directly thus make them ask for money to get thunhs done. eSeva in AP works as interface and eliminate end user and govt employee. Make call center and eSeva centers as front face to all govt tasks.

simple way to this is make punishment so harsh that no one dares to do corruption make a task team and process that fast track solves the corruption cases and punishes the guilty this is the easiest and simplest proven process in the world over . Misuse of judicial and complaint redressal is the root cause you can not stop corruption with any technology in the world except fear. Only technology can speed the monitoring of this process also mystery inspection should be enforced

It is just an idea which suddenly flashed in mind that Loksabha election of 2004 BJP lost due to the wrong stragy of Mahajan and the 2019 election if lost or with reduced seats will be due to Jaitely being as finance Minister not caring the taxpayers money and compensating the institutions or agencies full of scams . He should have penalised them by throwing them in to the hands of some big private hands to cheer the public , as on today the govt due to him drawing the wrath of public
