Sabse pehle, reduce ka matlab hai jitna ho sake plastic ka istemal kam karna — jaise ki market jaate time apna bag le jaana ya bottled water ki jagah reusable bottle use karna. Phir aata hai reuse, matlab jo plastic cheezein hum use kar rahe hain, unhe baar-baar istemal karein, seedha dustbin mein na daalein. Aur teesra hai recycle, yaani plastic ko sahi tareeke se alag karke recycle centres tak pahunchana, taaki wo kisi naye kaam mein aa sake. Yeh teen simple steps follow karke hum sab milkar plastic ke pollution ka bojh kam kar sakte hain. Chhoti chhoti aadaton se bada farak padta hai!
