This question is for Mr Obama, Hon'ble President of US. US is providing lot of monetary aid to Pakistan although US knows that Hafiz M. Saeed has ties with terrorist group like Laskar-e-Taiba. Can US put pressure on Pakistan to handover Hafiz either to US or India for legal trial since there is strong proof that he was involved in the 26/11 attack in Mumbai in 2008 and unless Pakistan hands over Hafiz to either US or India, US will not provide aid to Pakistan.
