there is heavy on off transactions taking place in india whitch hurts our GDP. as cash transactions are not at all reflected in productivity. if there is a law restricting cash transactions in more than 10000 value it can double our GROWTH rate. i am of the opinion that if there is a law compeling cheque payment without any default; there is hundred percent guarantee that it will not only shoot govt. revenue but also increase tax payments as no body would prefer risk in cash payment.

Both Americans and Indians are hard work people. American work can measure and give value, but Indian hard work can not measure and can not give value for work. Mr President, could you please suggest how to measure work in terms of value and how to find out unemployment. US unemployment rate can easily find out any person from the US govt data. Here in India most of the people are unemployed or partially employed. In the US rich can play casinos, in India poor can play gambling for employ.

IF A UNIT IS NOT POLLUTING AT ALL (if there is zero water and air discharge we are not able to start production as POLLUTION BOARD SAYS YOU HAVE TO OBTAIN CONCENT FROM CENTRAL POLLUTION BOARD . EVEN IF HAVE CONCENT WE CAN NOT INCREASE PRODUCTION AS WE HAVE CONCENT FOR SMALLER QUANTITY ( although zero pollution ) . KINDLY ASK POLLUTION MINISTRY TO ACT POSITIVELY.

even though there is law if CHEQUE IS RETURNED IT IS rendered useless when SUPREME COURT declared that jurisdiction of case is where cheque is drawn. means if mumbai dealer defaults even though material is supplied from ahmedabad; jurisdiction to sue is mumbai. small manufacturers have been hard hit due to such verdicts. please act positively.

They should talk about 'secularism'. Both countries face problem of race, creed etc but both countries are secular and should spread feeling of secularism.

Mr President, you are really a great man, our PM Modi sir, had given wonderful gift in the form of USA President to Indians on Republic day celebrations. From your great historic and realistic speech, we as Indians have to learn and motivate a lot. Kindly advise to our PM, how to eradicate poverty and corruption any form and any where in India, so that our huge population will live with pride and dignity in the future.

Efforts should be made to finish the poverty in the entire country. The black money in the swiss banks should be used for the people in the country.

The government should pay attention toward the poor in the entire country and should confirm that whether the schemes that the government is offering to them is reached to them or not.
