Public should work hand in hand with the Government to support the common cause on climate change. 1. Encourage public to use bicycles which is eco friendly , makes you healthy at least on week ends. We are not on the top 10 list of countries that make use of bicycles as major means of transport. 1st leading Netherlands and 10th China. 2. Government, could further subsidize power tariffs for those using solar means of power at homes and industries. Government could also provide solar equipments to public low income people on rental bases. This will reduce them using environmental fuel and produce clean air. 3. Government, can encourage manufacturing sectors to create more echo friendly transport vehicles name it electrical cars or hydrogen operated vehicles through ( Make in India scheme ) replace them gradually with our present Co2 transport , with 2020 vision timeline.

Government have to give green buses in public sector.

(6) Good work culture may be develop as most employees from different department and offices can interact each other during journey. Employees coming from outside Delhi, buses can be arrange at their nearest outskirts.Less buses for night shift or early morning shift can be arrange if office time often going change it will help.Security personnel may be deployed for sensitive places.

Now how can be implemented (1) Create a database about the employees residence and office timing from all the offices.Compiled.It will take 2 to 3 months. (2) As per data generated buses can be hired and route can be defined as per requirements. It will help in many ways. (1) Help to curb pollution. (2) As cost for journey is nominal employee will encouraged for that. (3) Encouraged women safety. (4) Less "Bahnebaji" for late comer

(2/4)Suggestions are (1) Restrict Private Vehicles entry at these complexes.(2)The ticket price of these bus services should be nominal.(3)Three types of bus services can be done one for Group C Employees,second for Group B and luxurious buses for Group A.(4)Made compulsory that no employee will come to office with their private vehicle.(5) Made Parking costly.(6)Different buses may be run for female employees.(7)Buses can be run in three shift.Maximum employees timing are from 9am to 6pm.

Yesterday NGT in delhi asked for changing the office timing of Government Offices to curb pollution.I don't think it will work.My Suggestion for this in spite of changing the timing,we can start"Community Bus Services" for Government Employees as most of the central government employee work places like CGO complex and South and North Block as well as at Nehru Place etc. It will take atmost 3 to 4 months to implement the plan.

Public can bring a CHANGE ! Suppose if we give a Kit containing of Seeds , water bottler a tool to dig (for sowing tht seeds) and make it compulsory for all the tresspassers at highways .. tool kit can b given at one toll plaza and same empty kit can be collected back on other side toll naka . if such initiate is take and researched well , it can do wonders !!
