Please review the technical specifications, we dont need such high quality costly equipment the same objective for tele education can be realised by using ordinary projector, high speed internet and using software like adobe connect to give live interactive educative sessions, in which case no need for service charges to be paid to service providers. Proposed high quality equipment proposal will only increase revenue for service providers, when the same objective can be achieved by adobe connect

Regarding skill development-
A large population of farmers don't have connection with the market. It is now the time for the farmers to be connected to the market so that there would be no involvement of middlemen.
Under digital village,it should be the prime objective of the govt.to enhance the entrepreneurial ability of the farmers.THEY should know the market as well. Govt. should think on this.

Regarding skill development services, If we organise camps for giving information on better farming techniques.A large population of farmers don't have good farming skills.IF we teach farmers on how to achieve maximum output with minimum input. Also, we can develop entrepreneurial ability in farmers so that they can no longer be parasites. There are so many digital tools and software available which can help farmers in their skill development.

Its stupid for govt to increase skills of villagers without understanding what is village and what is villagers life. I personally believe indian villagers are more skilled perse their environment rather than city persons. Please study the skills set need to be trained prior to thinking about trainings. Just support villagers to make there village self sustaining technologically , but installing mordern ways for improving their standard of living , skills will automatically increased.

Please also take stock of infrastructure in villages and publish on monthly basis. Govt had always beleived in raising revenues , but still after so many years of independence , people need to go pvt hospitals , there is no irrigation facilities and crop depends on monsoon. What the use of taxes if go lost in govt corruption. The MP who dont spend the allocated amount dont pay them .

Regarding tele medicine , there should be measures taken for free supply of medicine through speed post for general issues. There should be two hours daily whatsapp video call for solving issues in Panchayat Bhawan. There is no need for big gadgets . BSNL should target to interlink and connect all panchayat bhavans.
Follow up sessions should also be made and if condition not improves doctors can visit on selected basis in villages having unsolved cases.

Villagers should be educated on the safety precautions that
needs to be taken while using the debit/credit card like not
disclosing security PIN to anybody, not disclose credit/debit
card number to anybody, etc. They should also be educated on
how to get the card blocked in case of any unauthorized or
suspicious transactions takes place. The level of safety and
security also needs to be upgraded to prevent hacking of bank
websites, to prevent servers being hacked, etc.
