2.riverfront in varanasi should bebuilt to view picturesque kasi .electric crematorium can be built in n numbers and ash points should be developed where in certain places only for ash immersions can be used in the river ganga...no drainage should be allowed to immerse in ganga and bathing and washing cannot be banned but should be done without damaging the river

1.delhi-agra-allahabad-varanasi waterways can be used...so that travel hours from delhi to varanasi can be reduced....these waterways should be maintained cleanly with water markets which can improve local businesses and water riched religious tourism can be increased..varanasi can be the important point in this waterway...perfect boats with essential passengers and clean water stations can be built....agra is an important point where u can view th beautiful backdrop of taj mahal...

Dear PM, Thanks for taking up Ganga cleaning project. But I think more wattage should be given to connect rivers of India and you will avoid drought, flood and increase vegetative land, forest, fishing, tourism, hydro electric power, cargo ships (cheaper transport), increase ground level water, and others. We jantha think only persons like you or ABVaipaiji can take up such project and complete successfully. These would one time investment for Indian Govt,but will give return till end of world.

This could include a series of documentry previously made.... all we have to do is get the rights.... Waterways can certainly enhance tourism if used in a proper manner. Why not start a "cruise tour" on Ganga for our foreign tourists showing all the locations on banks of the river just like the "Deccan Express" initiative. Government can promote it thro' IRCTC. Transportation of goods encouraged through waterways can certainly attract people to facilitate a transportation system for transport of peoples or vice-versa.
