Sir, You want to promote domestic growth but the New Companies Act, 2013 have some provisions hampering the small and mid size businessman. According to it, Company can not borrow money from directors or their relatives (earlier it was allowed in old Law). Getting money in new or samll companies is very difficult so in the National Business Interest this provision should be reviewed for Private Limited and Small Companies. This is hottest topic of debate at all Prof. Forums since incersion

A National Telephone number is required under the RTI Act (provisions exist in the Act) to allow any Citizen to call and register a query through a mobile call. The only condition required is that the call be made by the registered owner for genuine query& a deduction of fee be permitted through the mobile bill to pay the fee required under RTI.PPP model Call centres should liaise with Govt Departments that needs to respond, instead of Govt Servants of every Dept answering such queries.

For improving indirect Tax(and possibly,Income Tax) make it mandatory for Shops & Establishments to be given approval to operate ONLY with GPS Coordinates. This must be publicly put up on centralised Portal, allowing owners to seek correction of location&definition; This will also ensure accountability of municipal approving agency to locate every business and to assess each to appropriate Tax (Direct or Indirect).Currently,fine-dine Restaurants are being operated on 'PETTY-Snack-Shop' approvals.

Permitting Municipal & PWD works only after 10 PM (to end by 7 AM) could be tried, to eliminate blocking of Traffic due to repair work. Also, Traffic could be eased inside Cities, if Goods Carriers are prevented from operating on City&Town roads between 10 PM and 7 AM.Where required, Panchayats&Towns must initiate work to obtain sanction for constructing bypasses.

Filing of Income tax return for salaried employees should be discontinued.Tax is deducted and remitted by the employer. The Department should devise method to check employer's record and ensure compliance of remittance of correct tax amount. This will be time saving and efficient.

Pm's Australia visit will mark a real new beginning to the Indo Australian relations. From the past 3 decades none from India has visited Australia. As the Pm wants to make India a manufacturing hub and for that it will need a huge invsetmet. Australia can turn out to be a good partner in this regards. Our interests are nearly the same and can work on the same plane. He will be the first leader in addressing the joint sitting of both the houses of Parliament of Australia. This will mark an epoch

Respected Sir, The income tax department does not see the entire TDS deducted in Form 26AS and sends demand notice by only partly taking such TDS. is this the way to make an honest taxpayer spend energy in following up instead of doing more work so that more taxes can be collected. Sir, i feel really sorry for the state of affairs. will something be done.
