And india have usual 2 % export grant I think .. Also silicon ingot can be available in $ 25 per kg and each solar cell approx 4 watt is 7 gramm cost $2 .. Means out of $25 when we sale or import from overseas it make around $300 off course labour and machine cost and infrastructure cost and other accessories which are not

1.Student exchange programs between Indian universities and Australian universities as a way to promote tourism into India 2. Replicate Australian working holiday visa model- People from other countries can come to India and work for duration of the visa but they have to register in specific course such as hospitality etc. This will ensure inflow of students and young professionals into India. 3.Differentiate India as destination for spiritual enlightenment includin focus on yoga & meditation

Indian students in Australian universities are increasing every year. To avoid the foreign exchange spent on living expenses, there can be a methodology by which the universities can have campus at India and so much strain to students and parents can be avoided. So, a dialogue with Australian authorities on this front will help. Our faculties can be on Exchange programme to improve their skills and start new courses accordingly in Indian Universities with the same flavour needed by students.

1. Dual citizenship for Indians living in Australia. Bangladeshi and Pakistan residents also have that facility but Indians living in Australia still have to give up their passports when taking Australian citizenship. 2. Children born to Indian parents who are eligible for Australian citizenship do not get an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) unless one parent is a foreign national, which does not make sense, suggest to please rectify this rule as USA an UK NRI's don't face this issue.

Dear Mr. Modi, My list of suggestions & ideas for your upcoming Australia visit. 1. Nuclear deal - note that while nuclear energy helps the people, we should not compromise on its primary use i.e. defense. We cannot agree for a disarmament clause. 2. Plastic currency - Technology created by Australia, plan to implement this in India.3. On-arrival tourist Visa for Australians visiting India (boosts tourism) 4. Tie-up of Indian Universities with Aussie Uni's for more cultural exchange programmes.
