Wishing you a successful trip to Australia in this auspicious festive months.Australian Power Sector have demonstrated efficient and almost clean Electric Power supply for a couple of years. Western Power is an example of that. They are also collaborating with the different electrical manufacturer companies in order to have a sustainable growth in power sector. Why it can not be implemented in our country in a Grid of power transmission capacity of more than 230 Giga Watt.

My suggestion is regarding the Fiji part of visit. It is time to reach out to the indigenous Fiji. One way is thru forestry mostly owned by indigenous people. Its contribution to GDP is set to rise sharply to 2% this year from 1.39% and there is potential for much more if their Mahogany and Pine plantations are managed with increased efficiency. Drop in employment in mills in natural forests has adversely affected the indigenous Fiji. India has the necessary expertise to help.

Giving safe environment for tourists will definitely increase tourism.
There are many people in Australia who would like to come back to India and set up their own business. For example, my friend wanted to start her own dairy farm but being an NRI, she had to face so many problems like getting licence, buying her own agricultural land etc...at last she dropped that idea of Dairy farming. You can talk about making things easier for young NRI entrepreneurs.

Hon PM Workers Uniform across the country should be made from Khadi cloth. Trade Unions and Companies must be influenced to favour this proposal. It will give a great fillip to the Khadi Industry. Ideally a deadline of 3 years must be fixed for 100 % Khadi uniform for workers across the country. This will be a captive demand for the Khadi industry.

India has the bargaining power, as our students are sent for higher education. Other countries like Australia have one set of rules when there is incoming money like higher education. But when it comes to other side of the coin like immigration or jobs to those students, there is different set of rules. If you manage to negotiate a deal from the bargaining power of student nos (educational loan by nationalised banks)you can get a firm deal of 100% placement to those who get their degrees here.
