Use personal protection measure like mosquito nets, nets in doors, windows etc. Mass cleanliness and awareness programmes in all educational institutions. Awareness programme at panchayat level will be conducted regularly about epidemics. Specially trained workers in rural areas can be used for the purpose.

section 498a crpc. should be reviewed. so many innocent persons have suffered at the hands of vindictive wives. i am suffering since 1995 and case is still pending at 3rd judicial magistrate court at alipore ,kolkata-case no-BGR 2984/95. the case is being dragged only to harass me and my relatives in spite of divorce in 2013. why cannot the govt. take steps to stop harassment of husbands by wives through sec. 498a. why should there be such draconian laws. govt. should scrap sec. 498a.

Why not allow these big private hospitals to treat and if govt want to keep a tab on count these hospitals can send daily reports of such issue. Why a sick person has to be transferred just
