Govt. should come up some strict guidelines to be followed in Govt. Hospital and its doctors.....I have seen people dying at the gates and begging for treatment in Gurgaon but staff is not at all bothered about their pain.
I understood that they are habitual of this thing but they are placed equal to God therefore, they should have realised their roles & responsibilities.

Why not make our safai karmacharis work ? They need to be told that stagnant water causes malaria . If a city has no stagnant water there will be no malaria. But how to make these safai karmacharis work ? Paint them as villains and let patients go upto them and meet them and narrate their travails. Give these meetings publicity. Could work.

Kindly impose stringent measures in Public Service to ensure proper delivery of services and accountability. If the Top Order and Public Servant are of 'beyond doubt integrity' others will also have to follow. People in private employment struggle hard to earn money but in many Govt jobs people earn much more, with ease (of course with risk too). Kindly DO SOMETHING TO REMEDY. KINDLY DONT THROW THIS TREATING ROUTINE ADVICE. THIS IS MORE RELEVANT THAN EVER IN THE PAST.

Kindly see the roads of MP and one will very easily understand the quantum of corruption and carelessness. In any office the demand of money is as common as it was say few years before, may be little less. But huge corruption is still there from top to bottom though reduced in some quantity. Same is the case in C'garh. Kindly see the public perception. Do something solid to tackle this. THIS ALONE WILL BE A BIG DEVELOPMENT OF NATION. TREAT THIS AS POSITIVE SUGGESTION PLEASE.
