Sir, as a densely populous nation, the greatest test of our healthcare infrastructure is to deal with the threat of infectious diseases, followed by stress related somatic manifestations. The health care system needs a overhaul with a separate central health disaster management center with dedicated policy planners instituted with state branches. This will help in early identification of epidemics & institution of remedial measures in tandem with local health & civic authorities to contain it.

Sir, despite a wide variety of diseases, infectious diseases continue to be the main cause of morbidity & mortality in India. Malaria & TB together kill more people than all other illnesses. Some vector borne illnesses - Malaria, Dengue, KFD, Encephalitis, Kala Azar, Filariasis are endemic to certain regions & occasionally assume epidemic proportion. The need of the hour is 1.educating the public 2.improving sanitation 3.providing adequate testing & treatment facilities.

As vector borne diseases are spread through air,mosquito,water..everyone have to take care to avoid such contagious disease by supporting Narendra Modiji's "swach Bharat abhiyan"so that reduces the chances from suffering. Everyone have to care of that not only it is the responsibility of government people should have to make intereact with each other to carry out government's activity. They must be aware about to keep clean their areas. And to motivate other people for carrying such activities.

Make in India will be more successful if we implement it first by ordering to our own PSU Engineering giants like BHEL, BEL,BEML and Mahindra & Mahindra, Reliance for Procuring railway goods, parts, machinery, trains, engines, signaling systems, of latest technology developed by our own engineers and many of our defense requirements. We must curtail use of Private cars which eats out of precious Forex in importing crude oils Jacking up taxes on imported luxury cars which not produced in India.

We should give special subsidy for MILK.it is about 51 Rs liter nearer to petrolium.if we can sell petrol which is very precious and not reproducible and also we are importing from gulf, we are selling it 59 Rs liter.then we can definately sell milk 10 Rs liter and bread 2 Rs a pack.by this we can treat malnutrition and hunger death.much more just think about that.

This is one of the biggest challenge facing India. The important action for prevention is to maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the residential and commercial areas. Improper disposal of biodegradable waste and clogged drainage are the breeding ground for mosquitoes etc. Once upon a time Surat was having all types vector borne diseases. But, the admn's action on cleaning the environment has changed the face. The solution is to strictly maintain the hygiene and eliminate stagnant water

Vectors are to vanished; it is the only way. All the vectors have a short span of life. Repeated action can do it as we are proud of eradicating polio.
