Regarding Expenditure Management - It is seen that CMDs, Directors of CPSUs are spending public money on numerous official tours to Delhi. Modijee, please curb some of such expenditure. Direct your Secretaries to hold more Video Conferencing to get to know official business matters. Also, the Secretaries may take limited meetings, say once in a month in Delhi with the CMDs, Directors of CPSU. This shall reduce a huge sum of un-necessary expenditure to exchequer.

Under-staffing and overwork at offices, less play hours for children bring in fatigue. Fatigue day after day leads to lack of creativity. Both, Obesity and Malnourishment exist in our country. Yoga is a reasonably good alternative for those who cannot do heavy exercises and complimentary younger population doing heavy exercises. Improvement in health of masses can add to the wealth of India. I have 2 presentations (Yoga and nutrition) to share with the PMO

Namstey... We are putting our lots of efforts in preventative measurements of vectors borne disease specially the mosquito one but even though we are losing quality human resources. This mean we have to add a affirmative targeted approaches in our preventive methods for example a herbal alternatives of mosquitoes repellents creams. Although there are some famous brands available but an initiative has to be taken by AYUSH as it was taken as "KAADA" for swine flu in Rajasthan.

municipal corporation of every city must be strict. people will have to maintain cleanliness in there area. small regions should be taken in hand by the people to maintain the cleanliness and should not be restricted to his or her house only.
Another way that municipal corporation should spray neem oil instead of spraying the harmful chemicals.

I'm from Madurai, Tamilnadu. In our area, there is shortage of water. our corporation is supplying water once in a week. People in our area make the storage of water in several vessels and tanks. The main cause is the mosquitoes reproduce only through the water from the storage water only. This make the vector-borne diseases to spread. My suggestion to prevent the reproduction of mosquites is, the corporation can supply water daily for one to two hours. so that the people won't make the storage

--contd where the chiefs of these bodies and technical people should be invited to present how they solved specific issues. Let it be posted on websites etc. By this other bodies can learn from good example. A special cadre of municipal admin and technical groups should be created at two levels. The top level should be equivalent if not equal to IAS cadre and they should be transferable across India. Right the IAS and State Admin people are not motivated to run these bodies as they feel it bad.

The local self govt institution-panchayat,nagar palika and zilla parishads needs to be revamped.Delivery of services which impact quality of life(acchay din) depends largely due to the nuts and bolts function done by these bodies.Right now thr out India baring few all are not performing and has become den of rot.To being with let us try to identify which all institutions around the country is doing good. let us showcase these good institutes work so that others can learn.Have a convention.
