The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Like we have other automobiles, IT industries, farming should also be declared as industry where people can start thinking, investing on it. Many farmers who cant afford farming on their land, govt should take that on their hand and start farming. MNREGA workers are being referred as labourers y dey cant be worked as farmers on govt land. Also there can be some IPO/Tax saving bonds specially for farming sector where all can invest and take tax benefits. Dis will help to all INDIANS.

Different state governments should launch a web portal on which we register each and every infant and at the age of 3 this portal should automatically suggest the schools to them on the basis of criteria fixed by the government . Through this portal government keep up to date development s about their children and if any body need special attention them our system automatically detect it and necessary arrangements will be made at the right time.

Respected sir, According to my markings i have saw 90% of people throwing things out if the train while travelling. Cant we thing something for doing this??? It can be like there canbe dustbins in each berths, or we can stick posters not to throw garbage oitside. We arrange a dustbin near by toilets in train so that people would go and throw the things there and not outside directly. I hope you will think something for this. Ylur sincerly :- aditya patel

In delhi when AAP was in power for 49 days.In this days the corruption was equal to approx zero. But now days in each and every state level of corruption is same as it was in congress government. like police don't verify the person for the passport if person refuse to pay bribe to policemen and many other cases are also their. If AAP party can do the corruption level to zero why can't your party do this. You just have to be strict to ur minsters and MPs.

dear sir for builders & colony developer made new rule. for growing Animal make new rule for each & every flat,duplex, compulsory 1 cow. such as they provide parking area then they will provide area for cow due to that person will got fresh & pure milk. Cow is our mother & with the help of cow we got lot of things. Pasudhan badane ka sabse aacha tarika hai sir. i hope you must read that.....
