The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Dear Sir, I have travel many places in India. One thing I have observed is malnutrition and below average health care facilities in rural areas.I would really appreciate if the upcoming budget is more focused on health care and eradication of malnutrition.Current health care system is not robust ,there are loop holes through which corruption is taking place. Canadian health care system is a good example to follow and if it can be customized as per Indians system it will work.

In India working class is having the highest tax burden, First you pay at source , which is directly deducted by companies ,then you pay all taxes for all goods & services , road tax, electricity fuel tax, surcharge , inflation charges, daily changing onion, potato & tomato , vegetables, regular fines by police for wrong parking, no parking ( seriously there is no board or space for designated parking!! Modiji ask your team member to be all most Mr. Modi then it is possible to change otherwise!!

By creating panic of adopting Adhaar card for transfer of subsidy through direct cash transfer some agencies are collecting Rs 150/ person for preparation of Adhaar card. This type of coruption can lead to unpopularity of NDA govt like UPA govt. The scheme is good but should be adopted in a systematic manner and no panic should be created as this may increase corruption.
