The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Sir, While in Gandhinagar I had been to Municipalica exhibition and was feeling excited on the concept of Smart Cities. However am wanting to know if there is any high level point wise definitions which are drafted as a minimum set of guideline with priorities against each concept.

I had been to Ahmedabad and Gandinager after a very long time. Thought of sharing 2 of my experience - one excellent and one on other side 1) Was very Happy to see the Akshardham Water show which is better than Sentosa show . Felt really proud . Also enjoyed the exhibition walk through . 2) I also experienced drinking Limca and Thumpsup bottle ( not sure if it was a bottling error or duplication) Small observations create awareness

YOU CAN DO THIS WITH THE HELP OF OUR PRIME MINISTER. IT WILL BE VERY MUCH ACCEPTABLE TO MILLIONS OF EDUCATED PEOPLE IN INDIA. NO ONE EVER DONE TO CHECK WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE MIDDLE AND HIGHLY EDUCATED CLASSES I. HOW THEY ARE LIVING AND HOW MUCH THEY ARE PAID ? THERE MUST BE SOME CATEGORY AND REGULARITY FOR THE SAME. A CENTRAL GOV. IV CLASS CLERK (12TH PASS)IS GETTING RS.30,000/-PER MONTH A PRIVATE FIRM POST GRADUATE DEGREE HOLDER IS GETTING RS. 7,000/-PER MONTH. DO INDIA PROGRESS!!!.

AMAZING FACTS THAT FORGED RECORDS ARE SUBMITTING TO SAVE THE TAXES AND ACQUIRING ENORMOUS WEALTH IN-APPROPRIATELY , MOST OF THE EMPLOYERS ARE NOT PAYING THE SALARIES IN TIME, MANY PEOPLE ARE SUICIDING DAILY AND MOST OF THE EDUCATED PEOPLE ARE IN DEPRESSION. WHY THE EDUCATED PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO GO ABROAD SEEKING JOBS. ONLY BECAUSE OF GOOD SALARY AND STANDARD OF LIVING. HERE THE BILLIONAIRES ARE PUTTING THEIR MONEY IN FOREIGN BANKS. NOBODY IF CHECKING OR FOLLOWING TO TRACK THE ACTUAL POSITIONS.

Why we are raising issue of black money on foreign soil, first let unearth black money in India. Did and wise persons sitting in GOI ever thought that why black money is being generated in first place? As government is collecting consumption tax by way of Excise Duty, Sales Tax, Service Tax & Custom duty (Now it will be GST), GOI have no moral authority to collect Personal Income Tax. By abolishing personal income tax, black money issue will be resolved to some extent.

HRD Minister, Srimati Irani Madam, WHY THE INDIAN EMPLOYEES ARE NOT HAVING LABOUR DIGNITY IN OUR COUNTRY, THEY ARE NOT GETTING ENOUGH LIVELY HOOD EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE HIGHLY EDUCATED IN THE SOCIETY, NO REGULARITIES FOR THEIR SALARIES, IT VARIES PLACE TO PLACE AND OFFICE TO OFFICE. THERE ARE MILLIONS OF PEOPLE HAVING 1ST DIVISION IN POST GRADUATION ARE DRAWING 5000/- PER MONTH SALARY IN PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS, IF YOU TAKE THE ACTUAL RECORDS FROM THE PRIVATE COMPANIES, SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES.!!!!

This message is specially for HRD Minister, Smrimati Irani, The time has come to amend the rules and regulations for reservations specially in Jobs. we were following a system to upgrade socially back ward communities to come up. But the time has come for ECONOMIC RESERVATIONS. and stop the communal reservations. millions of highly educated and talented youngsters are not getting any chance to serve the country only because of caste reservations. Thanks.
