The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Sir, the solution is divided into two parts: 1) A web portal is to be developed where software experts from the country can register their names with the application they have developed to reduce the possibility of plagiarism. Or it can be viewed as government ONLINE journals. 2) Secondly the website should be interactive with user as it is not about using but utilizing. So that it can be accessed by everyone. Animated videos and self perform interface may help. SABKA SATH SABKA VIKAAS.

सर ! रेलवे मे हर क्षेत्र मे उपर से निचे तक कमिशन का इतना प्रचलन हो गया है कि, सिर्फ इस पर लगाम लगाने से ही रेलवे के गुण्वत्ता मे 30 % का इजाफा हो सकता है, इस कमिशन के सिस्ट्म को खत्म करने के लिये क्यों न कोई ऐसा मानिटरींग सिस्टम तैयार किया जाय जिससे इस पर लगाम लगाया जा सके।

Sir, we want to see drastic changes in attitude of our BJP govt. that should take tough and corrective steps in case of death and tragedy e.g. although judicial inquiry is on in chattisgarh, it will take three months for the report, this delay should be unacceptable to this govt. to bring people to jsutice as it is primafacie a case of murder and FIR should be launched asap, we should be have a task force which should give result in week or so. Unnantural death is a murder, please do something.

Hi Sir,Few more points which I was unable to add due to word limitation are :3) Please privatize all govt jobs so that accountability can be fixed. 4) Youth of this country is striving for jobs. In our country we have seen many graduates/MBA graduates/engineers/doctors who are not getting jobs in their field. As a result they are opting for under qualified jobs.Please stabilize this educational ecosystem. Regards Ashish Naithani

Hi Sir, I being a citizen of this country is deeply overwhelmed by the way this country is progressing. However since corruption is deep rooted in our society and govt organization, I would like to suggest few points. 1) Please digitize all the govt organization and their functioning. 2) Please make a ticket system for monitoring public grievances for every govt organization for time bound tracking of application.This can be incorporated through citizen charter. in sansad adarsh gram yojna Govt has to include Agriculture Infrastructure development too. like Roads for fields & need to pump loan to farmer and support to built Warehouse or common warehouse to keep stock of crop and also govt must encourage to farmer to improve crop with latest technology and Govt must set Drip Irrigation compulsory for Adarsh Gram to save water and take 3 season crop with less water and technology.Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojna is ideal thought but also has to do for Agricultur
