The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Honorable Prime Minister, All of us strongly believe that the alarmingly growing population is one of the obstacles, which pull back the development of our mother land. With this regard, I have a humble suggestion to tackle the danger of population growth, by making our citizens more aware of the importance of one family, one child (we two, ours one) policy. My suggestion is to provide special concessions (such as financial assistance for education, reservation for Government employment etc.) to

Indians will stop breaking rules and regulations only if they are definite that if they break rules they will be penalized.Specially when traffic rules are broken there should be heavy fine. Singapore fines people very heavily when the break any rule or regulation.

The postal address system needs to be digitized. A uniform format for address should be used. If the postal address are uniform, then a database could be created storing all the details. Lot of fraud using fake addresses could be detected easily. Also the display of plot numbers clearly should be made mandatory. The postal services could be improved drastically using uniform addresses which do exists and are easy to find.

M first suggestion would be to study the Social Security Number (SSN) used in USA. This one unique ID is enough for most of the things for me here. I just need to use use the last 4 digits of my SSN for most of the things to get done. The UIDAI could be used in a similar manner.

When developing adopted villages by MP's priority should be to construct over head water tanks and supply water to each house hold running water by gravity. Also provide drainage facility by laying drain pipes. If we see any village common water sources are dirty and breed germs and bacteria. most villages do not have covered drainage we can see children playing right next to flowing dirt through village.

Respected Prime Minister, I want to make your notice towards SWASH BHARAT ABHIYAAN. Your idea to prepare a toilet in each and every House/School of INDIA You have to emphasis on to run first already made toilet in many schools and government buildings. It is very important to keep in running condition each and every toilet which has already made by the govt in so many schools. It is also very pertinent to mention here that after make run the already made toilet and then release further budge.
