Sir I am from a rural area. Here we are unable to run internet in our mobile due to weak telecom signal.
So if our govt provides good internet facility with affordable price then it'll benefit for education , business and other useful work. And our govt should block all porn sites.

"Opening the Source Code," is a proven way of collaborating to create technology. The freedom to see the code, to learn from it, to ask questions and offer improvements: This is the open source way. I am all for it.

Minister for Communications and Information Technology Ravi Shankar Prasad has said that 750,000 km of cable is proposed to be laid over next three and a half years to provide broadband in every village of the country
It is completely waste of Money!!! Why not use wireless infrastructure??? On the one hand Google is planning to launch weather balloons for global internet access, we are planning to waste money on wired infrastructure

Pl benchmark educational institutions and publish names of institutions that conform to standards.Put up Public notices of schools that Launch Teacher Training as Public Private Partnership initiatives and get the best of class trainers to train them. SInce we are going digital, it is compulsory for all teachers in a school to be trained on basic computing from Nursery onwards. As teaching levels become complex, teachers should also be trained in skills related to computing and teaching.

We have to move in digital world, i'm living saudi arabia since 2years, i would like to suggest govt to make a digital card which will be accessible in all field your all information including bank balance and crimes and other record will record through only a universal individual identification number in saudi arabia its called iqama, so we dont need any more identity card required and this card will keep all record only need to swap in all govt or non govt organisation.
