Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will share his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ with the farmers of India on 22nd March 2015.

The Prime Minister is very keen to interact with his farmer sisters and brothers across India and would also like to hear their thoughts, ideas and insights on a wide range of issues relating to agriculture. He has requested farmers across India to write to him and send letters to ‘Mann Ki Baat, Akashvani, Sansad Marg, Delhi – 110001’. Some farmers can ask the Prime Minister their question directly during the episode.

MyGov also gives you all this wonderful opportunity to contribute through ideas and inputs for the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ episode with India’s hardworking farmers.

The PM has repeatedly said that India cannot progress until the farmers of the Nation progress and has assured that the Centre will leave no stone unturned in ensuring the agricultural progress of India.

Dear Sir, I think you should first prioritize the things like if you are making new law for land acquisition, you should first take notice that since past 20 years huge amount of lands has been acquired and not utilized yet. And for many of the land part, project are done only on papers. So I think you should make them on priority. Right now farmers are getting feeling like Govt just want to grab their land as done by last congress govt.

A news today says that respected PM have visited more foreign countries than states in India. He is the PM of the country and not of the BJP ruling states. Sir, Please find time to visit each and every state and understand the problem of farmers and common people in the country.

Govt should think from the perspective of a common man, common farmer. Public consent should be made before acquiring any piece of land. You are to serve the people. Not to make them suicide . Equality is never going to happen here untill politicians starts working for the whole welfare of people. Crorepatis are ruling us from parliament. We expect more from u dear politicians!!

The amendments in the land acquisition bills is injecting fearful thoughts in the minds of not only farmers but also common man. As the right to property is only a legal right now, the chance of losing ones land to corporate interests seems increasing with the passage of the amendments. Can Govt assure its poor citizens that it would not deprive their land for private individuals for starting hospitals. Govt has to provide us health facilities. Please dont live for corporates.

In case of land acquisition amendme ndments: peoples/farmers objections should be taken.&if they taken legal stay it has to remain until judgement.land acquiring should be transperent.it should be stayable by legal actions

Dear Sir, Thanks for doing a great job as a Prime Minister so far. This is an idea to reduce the water problems in regions near the coast of our country. Is there anyway that we can install efficient large lens that can trap solar energy and direct it to ocean water and produce pure water. An example of getting the heat is given here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=svAPyyUJUCo. If we can produce water on a large scale, it can also be directed inland where is no water. Warm Regards
