Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will share his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ with the farmers of India on 22nd March 2015.

The Prime Minister is very keen to interact with his farmer sisters and brothers across India and would also like to hear their thoughts, ideas and insights on a wide range of issues relating to agriculture. He has requested farmers across India to write to him and send letters to ‘Mann Ki Baat, Akashvani, Sansad Marg, Delhi – 110001’. Some farmers can ask the Prime Minister their question directly during the episode.

MyGov also gives you all this wonderful opportunity to contribute through ideas and inputs for the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ episode with India’s hardworking farmers.

The PM has repeatedly said that India cannot progress until the farmers of the Nation progress and has assured that the Centre will leave no stone unturned in ensuring the agricultural progress of India.

#MannKiBaat #Farmers. Sir please address the issues related to Minimum Support Price and selling products directly to the customers. Farmers should feel that this government cares for them. Inform about the facilities provided for the well being of farmers like soil health card, kissan credit card, etc. Also create a portal for receiving complaints from farmers all over India which should be directly monitored by PMO.

!) Compliment MAKE IN INDIA with GROW IN INDIA. 2) Treat natural/Organic farming a priority sector. 3) Provide free or discounted agri insurance to small n marginal farmers. 4) Ban GMO, MNC seed companies. 5) Encourage cooperative seed saving and seed distribution. 6) Cow slaughter ban across India. Provide enough fodder, water and shed to all cows. 7) Encourage use of cow dung and cow urine in farming. 8) Non farmers who want to shift to farming should be given land.

#MannKiBaat Sir, Agriculture Sector really needs your attention to really make lives of farmers better in Villages itself . It is not that Government is not spending on Agriculture Sector, but the Rampant Corruption has made the Lives of farmers worst. They are made to pay commission to all Government Staffs and even their Local Representatives. Sir, it is better to fund farmers at the interest of 4 % economically instead of going for Loan Waiver afterwards. Feed them when they are alive.
