Dear sir,
One of important sector where the black money originate and circulate is education, particularly private education. Please make a one rule that all the fee should be paid through bank accounts of schools and colleges, and no fee in direct cash transfer. This can bring transparency in fee collecting and important first step to arrest black money in our country.

1. Those who waive off the Gas Subsidy, you can either increase the taxable income exemption limit from 2.5 lacs to 3 lacs OR 30 % slab can be reduced to 25 % This will motivate people to waive off the gas subsidy and this is one time. Once waived off, it is permanent.
2. Make all saving interest tax free. This will motivate people to save more.

Income tax coverages may be make wide, money lenders, unregd.brokers and traders etc etc. street survey may by conduct frequently. Now the prompt income tax payers have no any relaxation from any various methods of taxes imposed by Central and States. It may be done. Imposing tax by various states are very unjustifiable.

Respected Prime Minister Shri Modi ji, My suggestion for coming finance budget 2016-17 is hereunder :-
1)My humble request is to raise untaxable limit to retired/VRS retirees to at least Rs 500000/- 2) moreover interest on term deposit made from superannuation benfits and kept in retired person's name should be made totally tax free since this amount is their hard earned money and received after putting a good length of service
Since retired people are finding many difficulties . Jai Hind

Current health related food tax (tax on soft drinks to stop diabetes) is a product of both medical science (Allopathy/western medicine) and economics. With obesity & Non communicable diseases being one of the biggest market failure, there is an urgent need to look at healthy people like yoga (Indian medicine) practitioners for management of food consumption & for taxation. My dear Pradhan Manntri Ji,
1. Indian Farmers
2. Black Money
3. Taxation
I will suggest Equity Bond/paper like mutual fund link with markets and not required any taxpayer status to buy that. we can tax this fund directly by 20% rate (10% income tax and 10% for former's relief fund). by this way we can use black money in Indian growth and reduce former death due to unavailability of money support. I know this is not tax friendly but better for our poor people.
