In the up coming budget more focus should be given to farmer and try to apply the National Commision for Farmer report given by M S swaminathan so that this can became the first budget for the welfare of farmer .Every thing can wait but not farming because maximum population depends on agriculture. Farmer can play a better role in taking country forward. Farmers are loosing hope from this government also. So its an request please do something better for farmer sector.

This suggestion is for Power ministry.
I experience power cut in my city Pune, on Thursdays, where as, I heard that power generation companies have excess capacity.
As I understand, power distribution companies are facing problem of high losses (called AT&C losses) anywhere between 30-55%.
Government should involve private partnership in this, through distribution franchisee. Private companies will ensure that there are no thefts, or political patronage in power distribution.

Dear sir, Gold purchase for Ornanments causing a concern in Balance of Payments. I propose following Gold Saving Scheme for Children. Families can open a Demat / electronic Gold savings scheme, and buy gold units every month some units upto 20 years age of child.
Govt can give 7.5% to 10 % interest on invested amount. After 20 years they can take physical gold delivery. This will be win win situation for all.Thanks.

Assessment Year and Previous Year System in Income-tax Workings.
Section 3 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 subject to its proviso, defines “Previous year” for the purposes of the Income-tax Act, as the financial year immediately preceding the assessment year.
The assessees, manyatimes, wrongly write or misunderstand the changes brought by the Finance Act due to the phenomenon of previous year/ assessment year, while, usually, both remain the same. This also, sometimes, causes practical problems.
