To foster the spirit of 'Jan Bhagidari' and to infuse more transparency into the budget making exercise, thereby having people as partners in the process of budget making, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2016-17.

Citizens are requested to submit their ideas and suggestions on the topics that are generally in the ambit of Budget proposals as presented in the Parliament each year.

Suggestions may be submitted either directly in the comments box or through attached PDF documents.

The last date for submissions of suggestions is 5th February 2016.

Dear Sir, It's nice to hear that Govt. has invited open suggestion from their country fellow on upcoming Union Budget 2017. I'm pleased to share my view/opinion which has been described in attached PDF. Kindly have a look on the same as this may the the voice of many Indian like me. * Consider exemptions for non-earning dependents in income tax. * Focus on enhancing the research by investing in educational infrastructure and promoting corporate by means of exemptions or other monetary benefits. * Investment in transportation infrastructure should continue.

i request you to ensure that an employee can continue to avail benefits of ESIC by paying premium even when he is out of emplyment or his salary exceed prescribed limit.This can be made part of social health insurance

I WOULD REQUEST THE FM TO ABOLISH CAPITAL GAINS TAX ON STOCK MARKET SECURITIES AND INCREASE STT...MANY PEOPLE DO NOT PAY THE TAX INITIALLY AND ESCAPE PAYING IT IF NO ASSESSMENT IS DONE AND THUS REVENUE LOSS TO THE GOVENMENT...IF STT IS INCREASED AND CAP GAINS IS ABOLISHED GOVT INCOME WILL INCREASE AND REVENUE LEAKAGE WILL BE STOPPED TO A GREAT EXTENT...CAPITAL GAINS LITIGATIONS WILL ALSO REDUCE TO A GREAT EXTENT AS THE TAX IS COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY AT THE TIME OF THE TRANSACTION...THANKS

Animal Adoption : if any assessee adopt the Cow in registered goshala by scheme for annual adoption the total expenses or standered burdon will be covered by 80G.

1. Income tax should be also on the basis of living standard of Individual. Non salaried person/ businessman are having better living standard but they are paying income tax less than a clerk/workmen of Govt. Dept./ PSU Employees. 2. Income Tax on Housing Perks for PSU Employee should be exempt like Central Govt. Employee. PSU employees as also called as Public Servant like central Govt. Employee. 3. Excise duty/ sales Tax should be on MRP of the product to control the price of any product.

There is no scope available in 80d for ayurved and naturopathy too pepole take positive results on the treatment so need to available the deduction on ayurvedic treatment and medicin bills by trusts exemption, Panchkarma, Cancer treatment, dibities , infertility etc.refere the ayush mantralaya treatments terms etc
