you earn 8-9 lacs crores , but you spend 14-16 lac crores . why cant you keep control of your expensive spending habits and spend within your income as any normal householder would do. out of your total revenue of 8-9 lac crores, you spend approx 6 crores on salaries i.r spprox 67 % of your total income goes to pay salries of govt staff who constitute under 2 % of the total population. s efffectively the entire country pays taxes just for upkeep of 1.5 % of the population .

Write off culture of bank loans has to be changed. From small borrowers to big corporates are tempted to have One Time Settlement / Write Off. Due to the loss created by the NPAs, our interest payment to the depositors is badly affected. Intentional defaulters who siphon out corporate funds to their individual assets are to be booked, their assets seized and used as National Property.

this years budget as per me might allot funds for every possible service any government could provide to their citizen. but in my views - just fund allotment is not sufficient. getting the policy executed, maintaining the standard consistently for ever, good monitoring system on operation along with quality and faithful services is important and is a challenge. i wish, this government could ensure this in every budget session. jai hind

Real estate sector must move imdly. Now appx 50 lacs ready flats laying vacant . Investors will not live there, needy donot hv this much money? Solution is : builder/bank/state govt/central govt should 10% each contribution. Then only people can afford.bcs when this money is released, system starts working, now industry especially small,is facing a slow down. China imports is also a major problem,

To encourage new entrepreneur govt can start giving financial back up to graduating students through education institutions. This will also bring institution and industry in close relationship.

this years bidgets should allot fund for all hospitals whether private or public- to be awarded special honour for max. no. of healthy and normal deliveries possible for pragnent women. there should be concessional hospital fees for delivery atleast for first two children. this would avoid scissorian operation and lead to healthy maternal life with less MMR cases.
