This window of opportunity is available only for a couple of years because long-term interest rates overseas are likely to go up and so also is the Indian Rupee. Indian Banks and PSUs should be encouraged to borrow long-term from overseas and onlend to Indian private sector at a small margin. This will reduce interest rates in India, bring useful capital equipment into India and result in accelerated economic growth.

In the context of these two favourable metrics [low overseas interest rates and low INR exchange rate], it would be an outstanding investment if Indian private sector and also Govt [including Railways for bullet trains and track upgrades] borrow at this time to invest in much needed infrastructure, capital goods and skills development. Invest where there is a multiplier effect on GDP growth.

Long-term borrowing is good if the return on capital exceeds the cost of capital and if the budget deficit is always kept low. 30- year sovereign bond rates are historically low at this time. Germany 1.026% Euro, Japan 1.315% Yen, USD 2.36% and China 4.0% Yuan. If GDP goes up and if inflation is kept low the Indian Rupee will rise. It can go up significantly, the World Bank estimates it is undervalued as per purchase price parity.

In past few weeks, there was a news of a Kerala minister accepting bribe of Rs 10 Cr. Everyone knows that he is not going to be affected in any way, and people will forget about this in few weeks. I think along with Swatch Bharath, cleaning/punishing such culprits also should be in our main agenda.

I know this is a very broad issue and many have debated on this, named Bribery. Recently here in Australia, a state premier (chief minister) was forced to resign for taking a wine bottle worth $5000 as a gift. He was out of the power in a week after the incident. Why can't we have a strong legislation to enforce such laws on the ministers in India where each and every citizen is aware of these corruption but can't act against it.

Sir I have something that i would like to share with and that is regarding the Bills. I think you convey the general public about the bills you bring up in the parliament. As you doing one to one with the public through MAAN KI BAAT. U can ofcourse use twitter and facebook because of the people dont even know what the bills for. U should give a brief description about the bills which will reduce conflict of interest.

If the Indian goverment is looking forward to hire NRI's for Indian sports. Then they should first, create an environment for those NRI's i.e. "quality of life". Secondly, Indian goverment should work closely with NRI's in making startegies in order to contribute towards better facilities.

The professionalism and team spirit and gyms and court and fields should be modernized and maintained by schools. Sports should be available to kids from elementary years and every kid should have access to it irrespective of what school they attend
