I think we should promote start ups in agriculture/farming and rural education and health, and improve the conditions of the BPL families and village development. This could be done, promoting mandatory projects or volunteering opportunities per village by the youth of india, as a part of their field work or thesis project would motivate them to know and understand the conditions in real time and device engineering solutions for the same.
