Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

In the coming Foreign visit to china, we expect a ASEAN region and ASEAN currency pegged at 2 dollar equivalent similar to EU region announcement which could take shape after two years target time. SUch bold decisions can only happen with a BOLD government at the centre, so there is optimism in our expectation.This promote free business,bigger market of 4-5 billion together, wich becomes 75-80% of world's population. This decision will strengthen India,China,Russia,Japan.

Dear Modiji, Please start Amul like societies to promote vegetable items and food grains. Brokers are exploiting farmers .Also companies like ITC,Hindustan Liver etc are making huge profits by selling processed food items,but farmers are getting nothing,Middle men is getting all profits, So please try to start more organisations like Amul who will collect,process and sell the food items (vegetables,rice,wheat etc) to public, Also farmers will get reasonable price and touts can be avoided

Sir, Please consider nationalising roaming in India. On March 2013, newspapers flooded the front pages that India would have nationwide roaming very soon. Later, Mr Kapil Sibal, when minister, announced that India would have free nationwide roaming by October 2013. That dream had been left hanging since 2013. I bought a sim card from Tamil Nadu while in college and after returning, I had to buy a sim card from Kerala. Now, for further studies, I'll be in Hyderabad and that's one more sim card.

Dear Modiji, People are really frustrated in below 1 Bringing black money,government is extremely slow 2 Petrol price is not getting reduced 3 New employment policy 4 Land acquisition act Also BJP MP are not in touch with their constituency I have a friend in East delhi constituency,who inform me that MP Mahesh Giri has not visited there for last 6 six months.Also BJP leaders are staying away from campaign and local leaders at delhi are trying hard to get BJP defeated

Dear Modiji, Please review the deep sea fishing policy,it is totally against the interests of fisherman and country security The lady who given this recommendation is really trapping India.Foreign trollers will exploit indian sea and local fisher man will be in trouble,Instead of giving this to foreign companies ,please start the same with Indian companies and give more jobs to these fisherman, Government can grant loan to buy these infrastructure to local Indians

let us implement a smart agriculture system that will connect experts in agriculture directly to farmer .in this project we need a special team and new machine that will detect soil composition and water management as well as weather forecasting and there should be hub(experts team) or near by in each district that will be responsible to give direct information to farmer.with right guidance ant new technology or machine there will be a revolution in agriculture sector.that will help India

corrupted political party in India is encouraging India and moving closely to youth and attracting them with there influence from police and also taking control of Law and order ,So obviously they are getting attracted and not keeping interest in studies ,this is a very bad remark to the future ,if a good politcal party couldnt make time to monitor youth ,todays youth will become tommorow's criminals .so I request you to kindly save my nation and India
