Dear PM Sir,
We need to have the self discipline skill-set development on behaviour along with other skill development exercises as most of the migratory class comes to cities/urban scenarios. Just teaching them and equip them with employment enablement does not solve the problem of growing India.

skill development and entrepreneurship - I think we lack self discipline (a basic skill set) to live, prosper, grow and sustain a society. Key examples are traffic on roads (completely mismanaged and out of hand), people walk on roads even though there is a footpath, people spit on roads, walls etc, Urinate etc , cross the roads even though there is an over bridge close by or refuse to walk to the safety of the overbridge a distance away.I have seen this mostly in migratory populations.

Sir,
In the field of medicine there is acute shortage of anaesthesia .
A 1 year course should be given to medical officers so that rural hospitals, which are merely showpiece now will be functional

Being a science student, from the background of Data Science and working for firm in the fields of Disaster Management, I wish to put a word through you to Govt of India :
In most of the countries, whom you see as Advancing Countries, mostly or all research is done through country languages. Even if you write Paper or Thesis in English or any so called internationalised language, you must submit a copy in one country language.
Hope, India will feel need for the same.

NOS have been made...a good work, but only subject specific, need to be made less in numbers. Also in the context of employ-ability, the survey must be made cluster wise and derive on few specific module of training.
Also training partners should be chosen carefully and periodical reviews to be made for the results.

Please don't talk like Indians are coming direct from shoot of 'Flimstones'. A person with 25 years of Indian education, skills & training is unskilled & unintelligent. But, when the same 'A.S.S' goes to U.S.A. for a study of filthy 2 years. ALL OF A SUDDEN HE IS THE MOST INTELLIGENT PERSON ON EARTH !!!

Dear Sir/Madam,
First of all things, you are paid to make reports & since you are on a full-time job you might as-well make lengthy ones. But, EPIs have very little time. So, I suggest the executives hon their skill to prepare a summary/abstract of report.
Second of all, India must turn towards Communism(people's organizations), if we want highest possible employability. WE NEED WHO CAN GET THE 'JOB' DONE.
- Jai Sri Raam
